Microwave sintering furnace is a device that uses microwave energy to heat materials. It directly acts on polar molecules or ions inside the material through electromagnetic waves to achieve a fast and uniform sintering process. Compared with traditional heat conduction methods, microwave sintering has higher thermal efficiency and shorter processing time.
Temperature range: up to 1650°C (such as HAMiLab-M1500 laboratory type)6, some industrial equipment supports higher temperatures.
Control system: infrared temperature measurement (250°C~1800°C), vacuum system (static vacuum ≤200Pa) and atmosphere control (inert gas or weak reducing gas).
High efficiency and energy saving: microwaves directly heat materials, with small heat loss and energy consumption 30%~50% lower than traditional sintering.
Uniformity: avoid the "cold center" problem of traditional sintering and improve material density and mechanical properties.
Environmental protection: some equipment supports vacuum or atmosphere protection to reduce harmful gas emissions.
