Vacuum Drying Equipment use 10 to 30 degrees celsius temperature to dry different material, in vacuum condition this drying temperature range could max protect material not be overheated and keep the original activity. 

Nasan manufacture two different vacuum Drying Equipment, one is microwave vacuum Drying Equipment and the other one is freeze vacuum Drying Equipment.


● Vacuum Microwave Drying Equipment

Because microwave pass through material during the drying process, so both the material inside and outside will be dried uniformly at the same time, and drying speed is very fast (2-4 hours )  with low energy consumption. Dried material could keep the original color and component. It is a new high quality drying technology and has become more and more popular now.


● Vacuum Freeze Drying Equipment

Vacuum freeze Drying Equipment use very low temperature to dry material from subzero temperature to 30 degrees celsius, usually the whole drying process will be 24-72 hours.  Because the most drying process is subzero temperature, after dried the material will save 100% of the original dimension because the drying process is sublimation, nutrient will have very less loss and could save 95%. Vacuum freeze drying equipment is suit to dry high request of shape and nutrient material, it is a high quality with high cost vacuum drying technology.
